Selected learners will have the opportunity to:
- Obtain a NQF SETA recognized qualification
- Gain real work experience at the Durban Westville branch
- Engage telephonically or in the field with clients and clients’ clients, assisting and educating them in their home ownership journey.

- South African citizenship
- Currently unemployed
- Confident, good communicator, and eager to learn
