What are the responsibilities associated with the Call Centre Agent position at FlySafair

The successful Call Centre Agent will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Receive calls from customers/passengers.
  • Handle and resolve problems such as delays, cancellations, etc.
  • Explain processes to customers and assist them as necessary.
  • Work as part of a team, including shifts and longer than normal hours.
  • Handle confidential information.
  • Communicate with customers both verbally and in writing.

What are the requirements for the Call Centre Agent position at FlySafair

To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • One (1) to four (4) years of experience in a Call Centre Environment.
  • A travel or relevant qualification will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Solid computer literacy.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • No criminal or credit record.
  • Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours as required.
